Pacific Wide (NZ) Ltd specialises in media essential for orchid growth. We create specialised high quality orchid bark called Orchiata from Processed Pinus Radiata Bark which we obtain from renewable, man made forests in New Zealand. We use only the best bark from the New Zealand countryside consisting entirely of Pinus radiata.

Pacific Wide produces Orchiata via a unique and specialised 11 Step Process. Produced at the Pacific Bark processing plant in Matamata, New Zealand, the quality is controlled to a high standard by rigorous quality checks.

Pacific Wide produces several grades of Orchiata ranging from very fine through to very coarse. There is a bark grade for every orchid type, which can be recommended with experience.
